flowers are subject to seasonal availability & may be substituted to fit the design aesthetic
what are your design mechanics?
we design in chicken wire! we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and don’t use floral foam whenever possible. just check the water levels in your arrangements to maintain freshness!
can you do custom color palettes?
we love to create custom work! we will do what we can to accommodate requests within availability constraints.
do you do larger floral pieces? or installations?
yes! contact us for a custom quote.
do you offer delivery or full service set-up?
yes! our standard delivery is drop off only. if you’d like full-service set up, contact us for a custom quote.
do you offer event tear down + pick-up?
we offer strikes for events and coordinate details no later than 7 days prior to the event. we also offer pick-up options for rental items.
what is the servicing fee?
we use this to cover credit card processing fees, pay fair wages, sustain environmentally friendly practices, etc.
how do i add to my current order?
call or email us so we can update your order instead of creating a new one.
can i return the rental vases instead of paying for pick-up?
absolutely! we will coordinate these logistics when we finalize the details of your event.
do you offer subscription services for personal homes?
yes! we currently offer weekly + biweekly private home subscriptions.
how do i care for the flowers?
keep arrangements in a cool, dark place away from vents & sunlight. avoid placing in a refrigerator unless necessary, and then only in the door. check water levels and replenish water frequently. once flowers are delivered, flowermark llc is no longer responsible for any damages.
how far in advance should i place my order?
we recommend at least 45 days notice during the busy season however we are able to accommodate most orders with 4 business days notice.
what is your cancellation policy?
orders must be cancelled with 4 business days notice. orders cancelled fewer than 4 business days notice are not eligible for a full refund. please call or email us to cancel your order.
